Will I not gain weight if I stop dieting?
It’s hard to say, 98% of my clients have lost weight in the long run after healing their relationship with food and their body. Researches show that restricted diets lead to future weight gain while those who eat for nourishment are less likely to gain extra weight.
How long will it take?
That depends on how adaptable you are and how willing you are to follow the guidance. You will have a full access to Food Freedom Formula in 12 weeks time but it may take longer time.
